Safe Movement for pregnancy and postpartum

Many times the conventional approach to get healthy or “get your pre-baby body back” are not appropriate for women who are pregnant or postpartum. Our body’s go through many changes throughout the 10 months you are growing a human.

Our approach is to create programs using techniques from Physical Therapy, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stability, Functional Movement and more.

Reconnect your body from the inside out, while continuing to strengthen your body and mind in a safe matter pre, during, and post pregnancy. “Slow is Fast” with the approach to healing.

Community

Support of your peers and neighbors is so important. As we have all heard, “it takes a village”. Motherhood is hard, with unique challenges. We were not designed to go through the parenthood transition alone. So come find your people, join our village, and lets support one another.
