I’m, Farrah Mock, a flight nurse, fitness coach, wife, mom, and dog lover. I love studying about women’s health, specifically, ways to improve fitness for optimum “mom health”. I have immersed myself in learning about nutrition, supplementation, and fitness.
I have done additional certifications in prenatal and postpartum fitness and wellness so that I can continue to help women surrounding pre-conception, prenatal, and postpartum preparation and healing. As well as fitness through workouts, nutrition, mindset, and community. Since pregnancy is a time where our bodies go through one of the biggest physical events (even say, a marathon) of our lives, I believe that one must TRAIN FOR IT! Afterwards we must rest, heal, and rehab. Giving our bodies the resources needed to be strong and stable.
